How to export your data from Eversense DMS

The Eversense Data Management System (DMS) turns your sensor data into reports. It emails PDFs and can export the transmitter log as a spreadsheet.

Works for Eversense 365 and E3 · about 4 minutes · you get a PDF report or Excel

The steps

  1. Sign in at us.eversensedms.comUse the account you created when you set up the Eversense app.
  2. Click Reports in the left menuYou will see Glucose History, Glucose Trend, Glucose Variability, Glucose Distribution and Transmitter Log.
  3. Open Glucose History and set the rangeChoose the longest range you can. 90 days is ideal.
  4. Email the report to usUse the envelope icon and send it to contact@bioconscious.tech, or use the printer icon to save a PDF.
  5. Optional: export the spreadsheetReports, then Transmitter Log, then Export all at the top of the page. This saves an .xlsx file.

Reports arrive as PDF. That is fine, we read PDFs too. Send the Excel export as well if you can, it holds more detail.

Send it to us

Email the file to contact@bioconscious.tech with the subject My CGM export. Tell us the email address for your report. We reply usually within two business days.
