How to export your data from CareLink Personal

CareLink Personal is Medtronic’s web portal. If you use the MiniMed Mobile or Guardian app, your data is already there.

Works for Guardian 4, Simplera and MiniMed pump sensors · about 4 minutes · you get a CSV

The steps

  1. Sign in at carelink.minimed.comSame CareLink username as your app.
  2. Open ReportsTop menu. Choose Data Export (CSV).
  3. Set the date rangePick the widest range offered, typically up to 90 days.
  4. Click ExportCareLink downloads a .csv file.
  5. Check the file openedOpen it once to confirm it has rows. Then send it to us.

If you only see PDF reports, choose the Data Export report type. Labels vary a little by region. [TBC: confirm CareLink menu labels]

Send it to us

Email the file to contact@bioconscious.tech with the subject My CGM export. Tell us the email address for your report. We reply usually within two business days.
