Editorial and medical-review policy

How we write, review and update health content

Metabolic health is a your-money-or-your-life topic. This page says who writes our guides, who checks them, and how you can tell.

Effective 6 September 2026

Who writes

Guides on endobits.com and bioconscious.tech are drafted by the Bio-Conscious editorial team from primary sources: peer-reviewed papers, regulator labels, professional-society standards and manufacturer documentation. Every guide lists its sources at the end.

Who reviews

Clinical guides are reviewed by Dr. Jerome Fischer, MD, board-certified endocrinologist and our Chief Medical Officer. A review means the full text was read for clinical accuracy, safety of the framing, and fit with current guidelines.

How to tell

A reviewed guide shows a badge under its title: the reviewer, the words medically reviewed, and the date of the last review. The same information is in the page’s structured data as reviewedBy and lastReviewed. No badge means no clinical review yet.

Updates

Each guide shows an Updated date. We revise when guidance changes, when a product changes, or when a reader points out an error. Material clinical changes go back to the reviewer before publishing. Minor edits (typos, links, formatting) do not reset the review date.

Statistics and claims

Every statistic is cited to its source once on the page. Performance figures about our own products state whether the evidence is published, presented, or internal validation.

Independence

Bio-Conscious makes Endobits. Guides that mention Endobits say so. We do not accept payment for placement in guides and we do not sell reader data. Sensor and medication comparisons are written from public specifications and labels, not manufacturer sponsorship.

Not medical advice

Our content is educational. It does not replace advice from your own clinician, and it is not a diagnosis or a treatment plan.
